The International Student Exchange ID Card is an internationally recognized identification and discount card available to students of any age, faculty/teacher members, and youths between the ages of 12 and 26 years. The ISE Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Why do I need an ISE Card to prove I am a student? Can't I use my school issued ID?
One of the major benefits of the ISE Card is its worldwide recognition. Establishments in other countries often do not recognize foreign school issued IDs, simply because they are not familiar with the schools in foreign countries. The ISE Card will prove to these establishments that you are indeed a student and therefore qualify for their offered discount.

How much does it cost to ship an ISE Card to an address outside the USA?
There is no extra charge. All ISE Cards are sent via airmail to any destination worldwide, free of charge.
How long does it take to get one?
ISE Cards can be purchased immediately by visiting any of the Authorized Issuing Offices in person. ISE Cards can also be ordered via mail, telephone, fax or online. Depending on the time required to verify student, youth or faculty/teacher status, ISE Cards ordered by these methods normally reach the cardholders within 10 days via regular postal service. One or two day express delivery service is available in most areas for an extra fee. Orders and proof of student status must be received by 3 p.m. MST in order for an ISE Card to be issued and shipped that day.
How do I get my picture on the card?
If you order your ISE Card from our website, you have the option of having your color photo printed directly onto the card. (A $4.95 processing fee is charged). After ordering, email your photo to proof@isecard.com. Get more information here.
If you want to attach the photo yourself after receiving the card, there is no need to send us your picture. The card is designed so that once it is issued and sent to you, you can attach the photo to it yourself.
How do I activate my card?
Activation of your ISE Card is required for you to receive the full benefits of your membership. To activate your card, go to www.isecard.com/activate.
What happens if my ISE Card becomes lost or stolen?
If your card is still valid, we will mail you a replacement ISE Card free of charge, wherever you are in the world.
