1. International Student Exchange Center ISEC ("ISEC") enters into an advertising partnership agreement with the company (hereinafter referred to as "Company") entered into the above company information. The advertisements provided by the company are the same as the "Advertising Alliance Content" above, and ISEC executes the company's advertisements on its website during that period.

2. The Company agrees with ISEC's use of personal and corporate information and certifies that the above information is true.

3. This partnership is concluded by depositing the advertising execution amount to ISEC 10 days prior to the advertising start date and runs from the advertising start date to the advertising period selected by the company.

4. Refund policy: If you cancel before the start date of the advertisement, you will be refunded excluding 10% of the advertising execution amount, and you will not be refunded after the advertisement starts.

5. The company agrees with the above refund policy and applies to proceed with the advertising partnership.
