1. The International Student Exchange Center ISEC ("ISEC") enters into a partnership agreement for ISEC members with the company entered in the above company information (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). The services provided by the Company are the same as the above partnership, and ISEC is a mail order broker and affiliate broker and is not a party to mail order and service provision. Therefore, ISEC shall not be responsible for the exchange, refund, and service change of goods and services provided by the Company.

2. The Company agrees with ISEC's use of personal and corporate information and certifies that the above information is true.

3. This partnership shall be effective from the date of signing, and the duration of the agreement shall be two years from the date of signing the agreement, and shall be automatically extended every year under the same conditions as in this agreement unless otherwise expressed three months prior to the expiration date.
