Refund policy

The International Student Exchange Center (isecard.com hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "ISEC") sets the following refund policy, and the International id cards product is different from the general product. In principle, you cannot get a refund for a card that has been issued. The ISE Card issued by the applicant, such as the homepage description and image, has his or her personal information written on it, so unlike general products, the card that has already been issued cannot be resold to others. However, you can get a refund in the following cases.
  1. After completing the card application, before payment: You can cancel your order anytime, and please send us your “Cancellation Request” via E-mail, at support@isecard.com or isecard@naver.com.
  2. After payment is completed, before the card number is generated: If you request a refund, we will refund the amount excluding the handling and Paypal refund fee of US$9.99. Please make sure that you must send us your “Cancellation Request” via E-mail, at support@isecard.com or isecard@naver.com. The refund will be made within 48 hours after your cancellation request arrives.
  3. Cancellation due to a problem with your submission documents (not qualified) after payment is completed: We will cancel your order at our discretion and charge you a cancellation fee and examination costs of US$15.00. The refund will be made within 48 hours after your cancellation request arrives.
  4. After payment and card application are completed, the submission documents review passes: A refund is not possible because the card number has already been created.
